The courses

CHILDREN FROM 4 TO 7 YEARS OLD

The Association organizes specific courses to teach motor activity and to introduce at tae kwon do children from 4 to7 years old.

Exceptionally, several children started to attend the courses at the age of three.

Courses are held by Master Berardi in Fabriano and in Sassoferrato. Master Berardi is qualified for teaching at children and experienced.

KIDS FROM 7 TO 14 YEARS OLD

The Association organizes courses of different levels for boys and girls, starting from basic courses up to agonistic courses both in fighting and poomse.

Courses are held by MasterBerardi in Fabriano and Sassoferrato.

Other teachers of the Association support Master Berardi in tailor madding kids training.

All the teachers boast more than ten-year experience in tae kwon do practice and are qualified trainers.

OVER 14 YEARS OLD

The Association organizes courses of different levels for men and women older than 14 and adults.

Tae kown do practice is open to people of all age. Nowadays the Association has a few over 50 years’ old amateurs amongst its members.

Courses are managed taking into account the skills and needs of each member, amateur and “professional”, both in fighting and poomse.

This is possible thank to the presence of seven qualified trainers, that not only practice tae kwon do but constantly follow the practitioners.

The over 14 years old courses are held by Master Berardi, Francesca Pisani, Diego Ferretti and Armando Sebastianelli.

SELF DEFENSE

The Association periodically, or on request of group, organizes self-defense courses, also focused to meet specific needs (e.g. courses of self-defense for women).

The courses (basic or advanced) are held by qualified trainers and managed taking into account the skills and the needs of the practitioners.
